I.   We are currently operating an online portal. We dont have any branch anywhere, we only provide a online platform to brides or grooms from Sindhudurg district only who want to get married from Sindhudurg district.

II.   To use the Snehsakha Platform, you have to sign in or register on the snehsakha.com and select appropriate membership plan. After verifying your profile you will get access to use our portal. More information regarding the information we collect from users and how we use it, you can visit our Privacy Policy

III.   Snehsakha.com shall not be responsible for any wrong information made by its other members.

IV.   Eligibility:
a)  As we mentioned we are currently running the website for Sindhudurg district, Maharashtra, India so those who are from Sindhudurg district and want to get married with brides and grooms from Sindhudurg district should register here.
b)  The age of the bride and groom must be the legal age for marriage as per Indian law, i.e. 18 years or above if you are a female or 21 years or above if you are a male.

V.   Registration:
a)  We expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information to snehsakha.com
b)  Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in snehsakha.com. we shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile.
c)  Snehsakha Membership is restricted strictly to the registered individual member only. Organizations, Companies, Businesses and/or individuals carrying on the similar or competitive business cannot become Members of snehsakha.com and nor use the our Service or snehsakha members data for any commercial purpose, and snehsakha.com reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of the obligation.

VI.   Responsibilities of the customers:
a)  The customer shall keep their username and password safe and shall not share the same with any third persons.
b)  User should exercise due care and caution before relying on information provided by other members of snehsakha.com and shortlisting favorite profiles. Before choosing a match profile, the user should do their due diligence to ensure that all information posted by their match is correct.
c)  If you wish to terminate your membership for any reason, you must notify us through on our email id info@snehsakha.com. after confirming, We will remove/delete your profile from portal.
d)  You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your information or photo has been copied and posted on the snehsakha.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information
e)  While using our platform, the user has no right to post/upload any offensive or inappropriate photos or information unrelated to his/her profile.

VII.   Refund Policy of snehsakha.com:
a)  You will not received any refund of payment if you terminate your membership.
b)  Once profile deleted or Membership cancelled by user cannot retain their benefits in any condition and there will be no refund for the same.

VIII.   Copyright Policy:
Snehsakha.com is the owner of the Intellectual property rights other than the information uploaded by the user. Therefore, Snehsakha.com shall take necessary legal action, in case of any infringement of the same.

IX.   Disclaimer:
a)  We do not make any guarantee that your marriage will be matched here. You have to register here and find a suitable profile for yourself, we will help you in this process. We do not make any assurance about his/her background.
b)  The User agrees and acknowledges that Snehsakha.com does not carry out any verification before uploading the information provided by its other members and the customer is expected to verify the potential content and credentials such as personal and Professional information provided on our portal.
c)  The user agree that the purpose of registration with Snehsakha.com is to find matrimonial prospect only and nothing else.
